Seems a fellow enraged by the IRS plowed his private plane into a building housing IRS offices in Austin in an apparent attempt to have revenge on the IRS for years of, in his opinion, mistreatment.
Here's a link to a news story that quotes statements posted on his blog just before his aerial attack (warning, contains profanity):

Sounds like a Tea Bagger or, at least, a tax protester. But, hey, he's got a few good points.
My prediction = THIS GUY IS QUICKLY GOING TO BECOME A FOLK HERO BY THE RIGHT, PARTICULARLY THE TEA BAGGERS. HE'S GOING TO QUITE RAPIDLY BE THE POSTER BOY OF THE MOVEMENT.
Oh, if it's the building I think it is it contains a number of Federal offices. Actually, there's a building and an adjacent building also full of Federal offices with a very substantial crosswalk going over the street that separates the two buildings.
Every time I think of Timothy McVeigh's exploits I think of that building. That's because his truck bomb, if used there, would have brought down two large Federal buildings with one blast. Austin is within easy driving distance from Oklahoma City too.
It could have happened here in Texas instead of Oklahoma had McVeigh used a little more insight.
