alot of hot air..see, when you wrap explosives around your torso..the shock wave, upon detonation, sends the force outwards..so the head which is held in place by tissue and muscle..separates from the body and generally lands within 20-30 ft from point zero..kinda like a projectile of its own. while everything else is liquefied. So, thats what goes thru there heads...
