Billy left click on Start click explore MYComputer\Localdisk(C\DocumentsandSettings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp open the temp file and delete everything in it then do the same thing with Temporary Internet files folder

After you have done that clean off your desktop there should be no files on your desktop only shortcuts to the files. If you have files on the desktop they get staged in the memory (simply put) when the PC starts which uses resources. Also goto start/run and type in MSCONFIG if nothing happens go to google type download MSCONFIG.exe. Once you have it run it go to startup and unclick everything short of your virus protection. You dont need all that crap running in the background. Once again it wastes resources. Hope this helps a little

No offense but grow up. Last time I checked the kid that ran home crying like lagringa was a baby anyway. Boy have we turned into a bunch of panties on here. No one ran lagringa off. Let me give you a little lesson in personality statistics. Since your in the insurance business, you'll understand statistics.
People like Lagringa, need constant praise, no criticism or objective thinking about anything. She started hating me the minute I said...[I dont think I would want my mommy telling everyone my girlfriend dumped me on here]....She went,...... and stayed ballistic. Hardly a reason for a level headed woman to go nuts, dont you think. Oh, who cares anymore........Most people are idiots anyway. Its why, in life, your only in competition with 3 percent of the population. 97% are born losers with a set of wooden steps to their front door, 2 percent get out of your way just by telling them to, and that leaves 1 percent.......thats the percent of people that can think a problem from start to finish with out a group hug. But, How many sites have they left? I only give my opinion here and unless I get banned again [which is possible] I aint gonna shut up. Actually, I thank SFC for that. I dont think they want to stop anyone from saying what they want to say within the boundaries of decent behavior.
Jer hates me....he banned me for cursing [which I never did] and telling a guy, [I forgot who] I didnt like his art work. I dont think hes here anymore with his art anymore anyway.
I dont travel around the net, but Im sure lagringa will find another place to sell her carribean art work until the next gig is up.
I dont think I have ever seen a story about living in the islands, away from it all, that wasnt alot like running from the law. You just gotta go........again.

Most people in the world are afraid to admit that they're failures. It is much easier to blame a couple of guys that tell it like it is than have to look in the mirror and admit again that she is a loser. La gringa came onto this site and started to act like she ran the join, but would never pick up the tab or give a free round. Instead of fixing the problem she quit. Not surprised, she was a born loser and it has trickled down to her kid. Deal with it.

OK thank you, just got home, I'll work my wqay through all this, I did the disk cleanup thing and that helped a little...

Did the second paragraph and it didn't like it on startup, had to pick normal mode instead of selective, but got running. Upon doing paragraph one, I got to username, but there was no local settings, I clicked on Windows and Temp and Temp internet files were there, there's a lot of stuff in Temp, nothing in Temp internet files...
