Some cities and town in pa , have passed ordinances specifically dictating where these ( and i use this term loosely) individuals can live, the biggest city in pa was allentown, we also passed this in our township, and many of the local municipalities have also.

there are about 6 around me.I wander why people like that get parolled.If you look at the facts these people cannot be re habillitated.80% of them will do it again.That's why they live close to a school.

Its sad that there are predators out there aiming at our children today. Being a teacher means you are also their protector. The school I teach at is by a highway and in a residential area. We are on the lookout at all times during the day. If we are outside on the playground and we see vehicles that drive by too slow or are driving around in circles like they are watching we are to report it to the office and they call the police. One good policy that is enforced at our school is that the students arent allowed to walk around on campus by themselves, they are to be in pairs. If they travel over to the next building for extra curricular activities, we have to notify those teachers on the phone that they are on their way and if they are not there within an allotted time then the Asst Principal goes looking for them. In todays time, its sad thats its came down to the fact that you are afraid to even let your children even play outside or walk to a neighbors home.
