Hello my Sportfishermen.com friends and family,

As you know I have been gone for a while from the fourms. (have you missed me?)
I have been extremely busy, I have been detailing yachts and going to school full time I have spent alot of time fishing in tournaments and some bluefining too. So, I have not had much down time.
Yes, I am still detailing boats that is my first love. However, I am also in school to be an official court reporter! This have proven one thing ... you can teach an old dog new tricks! I just wanted to drop in and let you guys know I am still alive and to say Hi!
I hope everyone had a great Christmas and a great start to the New Year.
I promise I will try to come to visit when I have some time to relax.

Hey Robja! Naw.. I have had my head stuck in a book or doing the wax on wax off thing. Not to mention I have been trying to thaw out. It has been so friggin COLD here. There has been ice in the sound just about every morning from the last two weeks.
I will be going into my speed building section within two weeks. So, I am sure I will become scarce again. Learning the Theory has taken all of my extra time.

Tim, That is very encouraging!
Being a student can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. It is ALOT of information to learn. Do you think your wife would like to be a mentor to me? It is hard to find a mentor in NC.

My typing on the computer keyboard is getting bad. I forget that I'm on a "regular keyboard" and not a steno machine. I keep typing a P where a P is not on a computer keyboard.

I can certainly talk to her about it. She trains a lot of the army's new court reporters and enjoys that a lot. She was even talking to a school in WV about helping out with students that needed internship hours for their course.
