OK, what am I missing here? The bank sues the OP for the $1500 he owes, wins the judgement for $1500, the sheriff is going to levy property and sell it to satisfy the judgement, and all without the OP receiving the first piece of paper, no registered letter, nothing. Really?

I'd be a little hesitant to tell the Sheriff to KMA. Pay the man, he's tasked with coming up with that amount and it makes no difference to him where it comes from! Worse case, buy your boat back at auction, you get the amount over $1500 and it only costs you the hassle.

In the alternative, find a deputy to shoot you if you end up in the same cell as Longfisher, you'd hate yourself if you didn't ...
