So im having some lunch and hear what I figure is a boat going by..well..then I realize it's not a boat it's a friggin plane..Splash and Taxi right to your front door...geesh didn't realize you can land a seaplane on the intra-coastal.

When taking off again, he blew right by that express cruiser deluxo' and up he went.

Years ago, I was gettin a BOURBON TAN down at POO's BLUE MARLIN on the ICW in NMB. Heard a plane do a fly by close by and I ran out to look from under the TIKI. Yeah the TIKI, we got them down here too.HA But the plane landed just up the ditch and he taxied in to the fuel dock where a young kid jumped out and ran up to the TIKI and ordered a couple of RUM and Cokes for the Sky. The Bartender asked...youre not SERIOUS? He said yeah, Im serious whata ya mean am I not serious. The bartender knowing I was Law Enforcement turned and said, Can I do that?

I quickly ignored him and acted like I didnt hear his conversation. The Bartender smiled and sent the drinks with him. The kid slapped me on the sholder as he ran out and said thanks Man! I figured Ill never see this again. Unless its on the 7 oclock News.
