Since we just came out of a decade where more boats were produce than any other I was wondering where all the junk/no longer used boats go. Is there a place in the mid-Atlantic NJ-NC? If there is what Laws are in place, can you salvage equipment? I don't want to take anything that belongs to someone else but if you could get a couple rod holders for free that would be cool. Wondering?
