If anyone doesn't know I work at a marina up in CT part time as a dock manager however my first day of work I show up and I have this kid working there named Rich, now I knew this kid was a preppy guy who wouldn't kill an spider, touch a dead fish, or even move popits around without complaining Thankfully I have a lot of tolerance and just dealt with it and I would just have him do the work and if he complained I would just tell the kid to go home. The kid even once had the never to deny a customer because we closed in 5 minutes ( granted I wasn't there that day but I was the one who got a complaint from that customer about him ). This kid was one of those Yale boys with no common sense so it was one of those things that just drove me up a wall this weekend however was his last weekend and he left for good to go off to college, you could imagine how good that felt but then today I get a nock on my door, it was before I opened up shop and so I went to go look at it was his sister!!!! figured she was here to pick up his last pay check or something, WRONG!!! She got a job here, and my boss forgot to tell me, and you got to understand this is a preppy girlie girl who doesn't take attitude, everything has to be proper, god forbid you get a little dirty, just when I think I am alone, no one to bother me, BAM!!!!!

Welcome to "Management"! Most people will come around IF you lead properly. Think about what you're doing and don't just "react". You'll look back on this as a learning experience, cause it get's worse!!!!! Frank
