Fishing offshore is not reeling in the fish, it all about rigging, running the boat, setting the spread. How many time newbies would come aboard and with in a few fish I can have them fighting a 100# bft like they have been doing it all there life.

Now if we were out casting to breaking strippers that would be a different story

Oh please if I were the master of all things wet or whatever he says I would take the challange any way she wants to do it. I know she can outfish alot of people on any given day on whites and I am sure she would kick his but on sails. But we will never know so lets move on

I have just figured that out andy he is a another guy who likes to type I cant believe I let him suck me in. I should have known he would weasel out of a real bit of fun. Oh well us northern folks will have to just have fun catching sailfish until tournamnet time in January.

Hey folks. As mentioned in the start of this thread, I will take bets. Right now it's even money. I expect it will stay that way. Deep is in his home turf but seems to be backing down. Jersey is ready for the challenge.
Yep, Catching fish offshore is usually a team effort, hard to set a spread and get to the rod from a tower.
If you want a one on one you have to fish smaller boats.
No paypal or checks required. I trust ya will do the right thing.
since there will be no spread, all bets have to be balanced so, I'll post the numbers of what can be wagered on each side as it goes. If your bets exceed the opposing bets they will be recorded and covered in the order they come in. Hope this makes sense. Pm me with your numbers.
