Let me be very honest every one following your guideline would be banned. heck I think i got pissed off a few times and would be on that list as well.
Now where do you draw the line.
Whats good for one is not good for the other.
I am supposed to weigh the content they posted and say well his posts are better so he can break the rules?

Fact is I have seen most post. Fact is I know tons of great Captains that stop in and read when they are on land.
GREAT capt's are most likely on the water doing there Job 6 days a week.
So getting involved is a lot harder.

Prime example Pitch Bait man bobby made some great posts over the years. I know he reads when he is not fishing. He fishes none stop year around now. He does not post as he is working.
I firmly believe also alot of those greats have horrible computer skills as they are blue water Junkies...

Trust me I hear ya. All I know is this site is for the membership. I am not the judge or Jury.
So many people stand behind both sides.

Just like politics everyone has a view.
Sadly some people around here are boat manufactures posting under names you would never know its them.
I know Mates Capt and very very big time boat owners around here that are some of the wild posters you see.

They take it with a grain of salt. Its the internet its discussion.
I think if it was all fishing all the time the bore doom would push tons away.

I wish i had the time right now to post good topics all day. Wish i had the time to fish everyday and make great videos.

Lead by example I wish i had the time.
But if more people make a effort to post up good stuff. Questions and answers the others will follow.

If you argue all will follow.
If you post great stuff the wild men will actually follow.

Some will be jerks some will raise good views.

Can I ask you a question?
Did you watch tournament coverage and do you think its quality and quality people watching it?

I must be totally honest. No I did not. I'm sure your coverage was first rate but I had no interest in it, therefore I did not view it. But I'm sure that should have brought up the hit count on something that is interesting to the fishing community at large. I would think that it would attract more views and worthy advertisers than the BS that has taken over lately.
