It almost looks like a Screach Owl! Same size & close to the same color!

yeah, I wasn't sure at first so I sent it to several people I trust and check some books myself, and the general consensus was the Saw-Whet.

Ofcourse, we could all be wrong if someone wants to offer up some proof!
