If I remember correctly, they bent your outrigger last year also and you had to fix it. Tell them that next time they bend them, they will be footing the bill for brand new ones and will still get the customary topsiders up the scupper!!

Smart ass got a face full of me today and retirement to a different state really is in his best interest. As for the riggers. I'm contacting the marina parent company and will send them an official bill. This is the third hit on the riggers and second on the trim tab...

Well the kid has had a warning shot across the bow when I spalshed him last year. I seldom unload a lighning bolt but he has it comming. I have had boats in that marina for six years at $5500 a year. I am the customer and do not expect to be treated like shit on top of lousy service. Gloves are off and its ***** slappin time...
I'll go upstairs to the big office first but if I don't get immediate satisfaction I will exact my pound of flesh when I blister him with some good old fashioned Jersey lovin...
Don't want to tick off the management but can't let this shit go on either. Dock space is next to impossible to get and reasonable space is almost unheard of...
