WHAT DO I NEED TO BUILD A ROD I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A SPINNING ROD I CAN USE FOR LIGHT JIGGING ANG CASTING??

first you need to buy the parts,
thats the easy part.
thread, guides,Tip, blank,grips, reelseat,gimbal,finish, rod glue for grips/seat

then you need a stand to hold the blank, so you can wrap the thread on the guides.
wood blocks, cardboard box with V cut,

then you need something to hold thread.
putting in a glass and running thru a book does work.

a drying motor is nice.

thats a start.
other things.

a burnishing tool
razor blade/exacto
finish brushes
mixing sticks/ cups
