    I made the move.

Well I made the move I've been contemplating for a while and towed the Pressure Point from my home in New Port Richey to Jupiter on Thursday. On Friday, we had to wait for my sons girlfriend and his buddy's girlfriend so got a late start, about 10:30. By the time we found and caught bait, it was noon before we started fishing. About 15 minutes later I had a kingfish eat and released it to fight another day. 45 minutes later, one rod takes off, then another, and we had 2 sailfish on. While I was clearing the other rods, one of them got eaten and we had a triple on. Neither of the girls had ever caught a sail before so we got them settled into two of the rods, and I fought the third, getting it to the boat fairly quickly. Then we started to chase one of the fish while backing off on the remaining. 20 minutes later, we had two sails to the boat and started to work on the third. Another 10 minutes and it too was boatside. A triple, with all landed, with two anglers who had never caught a sail before. Great Job and the day was made. After getting lines back out we continued to fish and about 2:30 a small dolphin jumped on one of the rods and was quickly boxed. Grocery's to boot!!! 10 minutes after the dolphin was boated, another rod took off and my son picked it up and asked who wanted to catch this fish. The sail jumped and we IDed it and told Corey that since he had the rod and it was his birthday, he should catch it. Well the perfect day was not to be - The fish became tailwrapped in the main 20# line and broke him off. We also had a cuda release for the day.

This trip burned less than half the fuel I usually burn in the Gulf while grouper fishing and since our wonderful SERO Director Crabtree has closed the grouper season in the Gulf for a couple months and reduced the catch to 2 gags, the Pressure Point will stay in Jupiter for the foreseeable future. It's nice to have a second home for it. I'll be visiting my son, his girlfriend and my boat a lot more now.

Crabtree can stick it where the sun don't shine!!

man that sounds awesome. I would love to be able to fish in a places where billfish are yearround. Hooking 3 is awesome and landing them is incredible nice report and hope to here some more from you since the boat will be staying there.
