trade for $8.50 a share before in my life, even during the tech wreck. over a 12% dividend (which will soon be cut) cant believe, tempted to start buying it but havent yet.????? i am not that crazy for Immelt he hasn't created any value at GE since he took over and revamped its portfolio.

IMOH opine..this trainwreck ain't close to being over..AIG is totally F#$%^, once again..now what another 100 billion for those asses cuz they run congress pension plan..?? this show is only in the first act..id wait till housing turns..yea you might miss a few ticks here and there..but you will sleep at night...or just chum a bit..I hear ya $ 8.50..Immelt is history I believe..next guy will be a turnaround specialist.

Immelt married Jack Welch's daughter... His climb to the top was on cheap Diagnostic Imaging machines (MRI) being sold to US Healthcare providers as well as 3rd World countries...

US insurance companies refused to pay for a bunch of MRIs and Cheap financing ain't so cheap anymore in the 3rd world...
