There's never been a turnout like this for a president in history. We now have our first black president. This means a lot to a bunch of people. It might not to you, but it does to many more. A million plus people turned out for this. People stood in freezing tempetratures overnight just to be there. Why do you think that is? Whether you like it or not, this is a historic occasion and it is what it is.

Sad but true... I have never looked at the color of a mans skin to determine how I feel about them. I hear screams of racism if insensitive comments are made in a given situation... Then I see it really being promoted wholly today... The schools in our predominantly black areas today cancelled classes to watch the pomp and circumstance... No they didn't do it for Clinton or the Bush inaugurations... Its that very act that promotes the continuation of somehow we are different. Bullshit...
