    HP vs IQ

    I beleive I have heard of some rule in outboard boating that, the HP's hanging on the back should not exceed the combined IQ of the persons on board.

    You must have some really smart people fishing with you.

    Fourtunately this rule does not apply to inboard power.

    Gotta 25 on my duck boat, I think were covered.
