The water HAD receded out of my yard but crept back in with the rain.....

We had a lot of wind, but all it did was take a ton of leaves down. The BAD part is that my lawn is now a foot long, with shitloads of leaves embedded in it, all soaking wet.

But, I won't complain.....we've been fairly lucky up here this hurricane season, other than the widespread flooding. At least I have a sump pump, so my basement stayed pumped out the entire time while my yard was under a foot of water! There ARE benefits to a sump pump!!!!

Well the NOR'EASTER we just had thanks to WILMA gave us winds up to 50 plus mph NE. I had to double all my dock lines just in case. You guys in FLA. must have taken a beating. Hope all is OK.

Today its the after math. WNW 20 to 25 with higher gusts. It should be all over by tonight or tomorrow. Sounds like we may be able to fish maybe Thurs. or Fri. The weekend should be good.
