I want to know, How to talk....post a picture.......talk some more......post a picture, make a statement.....post a picture, create a pictoral.........make a statement. Imagine if I could do all that. My computer skills dont match my ability to think, and talk.

Is that Possible? To post an image then have text, then another picture, then more text...That would be cool to be able to narrate a step by step instruction for cooking or maybe something fishing related....we still talk about fishing here, right?

There is two ways to go about it one is

Here is the direct link to your photo albums

Use this area to upload your pictures in to albums once you are done uploading your pictures to your albums each and every picture will have a direct link

This photo section is just like some of the commonly used ones such as shutterfly photobucket myfishpics and many more

STEP 1 Click on the "Pictures" Tab in the header menu bar up to

Click on the "Upload Pictures" in the upper right hand corner of screen

This screen looks like the old manage attachments that you all are used to

Go thru and add the images that you want

Fill out the photo album name and any other info you may want

Once you hit submit it will bring you to this page click on your user name gallery

Then scroll down and click "photos"

Then you will see your album or albums

And then click on the click you want to post and below the picture you will see the direct link url http://www.sportfishermen. com /photos /data /500 /wahoo21. jpg (i put spaces in it so you can see the direct link)

You copy and paste the url in to your post and there you go all done

Now the 2nd way is to use the normal picture process that is demostrated above and before you hit done after adding your pictures hit "Insert inline" and it will look like the bottom two pictures

The added benefit to using the Picture section and the member photo gallery is that you will always be able to find your pictures and have them organized

Once you have pictures and videos uploaded you can click on your user profile and you will have the galleries there and easy to find them

ok i got one thread to look right. the next time i tried they all ended up at the bottom. all those screen shots make my head hurt.

most of the time I am pulling picture off of my computer, so I click on the paperclip icon and then click add files then select files, i pick the picture and upload. here is my beautiful wife, Libby. and make sure it says (insert line 1)....this one actually appeared as I was still creating post.


ha. it worked. now lets try to insert two pictures that are in the folders section of the manage attachments.(though it says if unused they will be deleted in an hour)
so i drug two additional pictures down to the ......they are not appearing......they are checked in the attachment section of manage down loads......insert inline(2).....still not appearing, i will push done and preview post to see if they are below this:




okay. after previewing they were in the right place. now that i type this I am wondering if this line of text will mess it up.

now lets try 4 pictures from the computer. paper clip, manage attachments,add files, select files, navigate to where your pictures you want to upload, select your 4 files by holding down the control button and clicking on them, after they upload they will appear checked in the attachment section and at the bottom it will have insertinline(4)...if everything works correctly my 4 trophy bucks should be below.
