How to post pictures uploading to the Photo Gallery (auto resize)

Upload the picture to the Photo Gallery:
http://www.sportfishermen.com/photos/uploadphoto.php

After you upload, click "My Photos" (the link is in a menu below the blue bar)and look for the picture you've just uploaded. Click it and copy the "BB Code" you'll see below the picture.

When you're typing your message paste the "BB Code" and that's it

Your photo will be resized by our photo gallery software so it'll fit the board and load fast.

This is great if you want to compose your message with pictures between text and to share your photo gallery with friends.

OK, simple enough! What's the secret to posting pictures in a forum? When I up load from my computer the size is..well huge. DO you have to upload from My Pictures?
