How photo observant are you?

Here are two identical aerial photos. Your quest is to find three
differences. If you can do so, then you are part of an elite group of
individuals. It has been tested on perhaps upwards of 8000 people/photographers
and only 19 people have found the three differences.

I thought it my be a tough one but my guess is that ship in photo one has a slight list to port and it's running lights are on as well as the house in the bottom right has it's shutters closed ????

Am i correct ????
