How much do you tip the pizza guy? Seems like they want 5 bucks just to walk 10 steps. And whats up with them asking if you want your change? Duh, yes i want my change.

your average tip should be 15-20 % of the bill......so if you spent 25 or so, yes, he gets the 5$ or next time he'll spit in your pizza, I know i would![]()
I tip ~10% to the pizza guy. In a resturant, 15-20%.
He didn't just walk ten steps he fills his gas tank and drive's to you because you didn't want to go get it.I tip 20% weather its a waiter or the pizza guy's they are both shitty jobs I would hate to have to do.
i always give 20 % but if its close I let him keep the change.....but I run a worldcat....if I had a 56 viking well that would be a whole different story....12 dollar pie and I give him a 50....![]()

our local pizza restraunts supply the vehicals and pay for the gas for which they already charge a $1.00 delivery fee. So fuel is not in the equation.
No need for you to shove your foot in your mouth, every place is different.![]()
The reason i started this thread was because i ordered pizza today, and when the pizza dude came to the door i handed him a $20 for a $10 pizza and he asked me if i wanted changed? Now no matter how much money you have they should give it all back to you then you give them their tip. Plus he shook his head as he walked away and i gave him a $2 tip which was 20% of the bill.
Current Affair, its funny you bring this up today as I was in OC Md this past week and the same thing happened to me.My order came to $21 and when the driver came I handed him 2 20's and he asked how much I wanted back and I said $15,his reply was"how bout I just give you back $19" at which I said"sounds good to me".He walks away shaking his head and mumbling,I am glad he didn't accept my tip as the pizza had all the cheese and toppings slid to one side. Now the pizza shop was 1/4 mile at the most and as cold as the pie was I doubt I was the only stop.Finrazr where are you located I have to get a job in your local carry out,I could retire in a couple years.I bet the Teamsters would be interested in organizing the drivers if they are getting those wages.
