How Much do You Weigh....before & after Holidays....!!!

ok......go to the doctor yesterday......annual checkup and tests......and LAST thing DOCTOR SAYS:

"WATCH WHAT YOU EAT OVER THE HOLIDAYS".....

he tells me average American will overeat increasing risks....which i agree with him.....

next he says average American will gain (4 - 6 lbs.).....

i say no way and bet him green fees or diesel.....

okay here is where i need SFC help.....the more the merrier - i mean better.....

post what you weight .....(from 12/24/09 - 01/01/10)

then post your weight 2 weeks later......
(the reason for posting is proof so i can prove him and the medical journals wrong)....

yes we here @ SFC are healthy....

ok i'll start.....weight today.......227 lbs....

i better not gain 4 - 6 lbs in the next 2 weeks....
