besides me?
besides me?
DILLIGAF,
I'm not a Mason. I do have a question though if I may.
I watched a very interesting show last week about your society.Did you see it? If so, I understand that it is somewhat secretive but can you at least tell me if the show was at least a little accurate?
If you didn't see it, I guess you can't say if it was.
Thanks
I haven't seen a show about Masons. But you can go to the Grand Lodge of South Carolina's website and they have some info that might help you out. When you click on Iformation go to FAQ's and they have alot of information there that might help you out. There website is alot more informative than Texas'.
Brother Gaf, lets just say that with the kind of guys we have here at SFC there are plenty of candidates if they are not already in our fraternity!
My Grandfather is a past master for the lodge in Baltimore (i believe Grand Lodge). I have contemplated for a couple years now about joining but haven't gone trough with it yet. He also belongs to Boumi Temple and says that its alot of fun. It's always interesting to see who and how many people are Masons. It also always amazed me how many people think its a cult. From what I know being in Demolay, it is not a cult but a fraternity.

Dilligaf, i too am one. have made it up to senior deacon and hoping to continue to master in the near future.
tunatamer, it is not a secret society but it does have a few secrets regarding its rituals.
capt D, go ahead and get a petition. it will end up being one of the most rewarding things you ever did for yourself.
I do believe Mozart was a Mason.
Boy, you hit the nail on the head there. Good to see that there are a few of us Masons around here.Originally Posted by Cowboy
Matey1 is true, D. It has been one of the most rewarding things that I have done. My father was the past master in our lodge, and now I am working my way through the chairs. I am also proud to say that I am a 4th generation Mason at Matagorda Lodge #7.
GOD BLESS HIM...SO WAS JOHN WAYNE.Originally Posted by Bonehead
