How Dumb do they Come???

Went down to the dump marina where i keep my skiff today. Rescue personel all around the place. Big red and white trucks, a zillion cops and radios squawking...

I looked out the basin to see a dive boat with three law boats escorting it. I feared we had lost yet another in our waters. It happens almost a dozen times a year here. They off loaded a lady onto a stretcher and carted her away.

I asked one of the rescue workers what was going on? He replied she had a seizure of some kind...
Over my shoulder I could hear a paramedic asking questions of her companion. "Oh yes she has seizures freequently. She has epilepsy. Usually it takes flashing lights or cool water to trigger it..."

Huhhhhhh?????????? Lets see... She's epileptic and cool water triggers seizures yet she goes scuba diving? What the hell am I missing here... Isn't that like having fainting spells only when driving then getting behind the wheel???

There are some people in this world that aren't the brightest and do stuff like that. Just like the kids in the hardcore video on here where they push his face through the light bulb and into the curve.
