How do I upload a video???

I've done it twice before but this one isn't working

When I browse to find the file on my computer then hit upload it starts for about 10 seconds then gives me some message saying that the connection has been interrupted. I've tried at least 10 times and I know my internet is working fine.

Is there a file size limit?

I had problems once...I e-mailed the clip to Jer and he posted it for me.
