I find it interesting that the President is telling me what is best for me when a large number of Economics experts disagree with him and the plan set before congress.

I am not preaching, I'm simply sharing something here that I find interesting, and notable considering the direction this country is headed.

There is nothing in this "stimulus" package that could have a single bit of impact on what the problem is. All pork and payback. Not because of what I've read from others but an observation. He spoke of 4 million jobs being created from this? I see fewer than a quarter million at best.
Lets just take one of the items that defies logic to me. $600 million for hyprid cars for congress. There are what about 500 congressmen and women? That in quick math works to over a million bucks each!
This whole thing is wrong. I was willing to give the annointed one a shot at making a better place for us to be but I can see out of the gate he is unquestionably the worst selection the American people have made in our 233 years...

The Cato Institute has an impressive mission; "... Promoting public policy based on individual liberty, limited government, free markets, and peaceful international relations.", but I wonder how far they are removed from being just another Rockefeller front?

I honestly don't know the answer to all of this. My mind just cannot comprehend the number's that are coming out. The latest I just read on the new's was possibly 3 trillion, just how much is that??? I thought that money had to have something to back up it's value. All I see is more money (paper) being printed, double time. If there is nothing of value to back this paper up, what's the difference between this and writing a worthless check? I don't know you personally, but I do know from following your post you are a very intelligent man.

The list of people that signed this CATO document seems like a pretty good bunch creditable people.

Are you insinuating all these people are wrong and you are right ?
