Mary,

My dad always told me when I was growing up that you only make a mistake when you make it twice - you didn't learn from it the first time.

Not long ago, I told him that was a great way to look at life when you're a kid and great to have parents that looked at it that way too.

So then he told me that he had actually revised it to: You only make a mistake if you make it three times - the second time actually confirms that it was a mistake the first time and not an anomoly!!

I think it's good logic...!!!
