well...south jersey has been hit and hit hard with blizzards,there's still people i know with no power since last saturday-no power,and no heat,along with no water either...i know what it's like,we went for 4 days without it...we're lucky,i'm a resourcfull guy,other's are not...buisness's have been hit and hit hard,people are struggling...
so,mabey instead of giving your money to a corupt governemtn in haiti,you should contribute to our own...

let's set it up...

i know this storm cost us a few bucks,the hair salon was closed for almost a week,we had some big damage at one house,and the salon/apartment building...i know other's in the same boat...how come no one has formed a recue mission for the people of south jersey ?? where's the benifit for us from these great stars ?? how come there's no "text number" for south jersey ?? are we gonna get a "we are the world" song ??

I went out to fire my eu honda generator for them to use and the first time it wouldnt run for me in 4 years? It got ethanolized. Thanks Al Gore. The mechanic told me how to drain it down to prevent it happening again. It was pretty bad down your way I know that. Only 20 miles and a whole lot worse. We didnt have any of the ice build up on riggers that they had in cape may. I heard decks were colapsing from ice weight also. Thats almost funny that the mayor of N wildwood was staying warm in key west while friends of mine were trying to stay warm and hoping their pipes didnt freeze up. A fishing friend who came down from N jersey today to pick up a boat I did a bunch of glass work to. He works for PS&G and I said I heard your company came down to pull AC Electric out with all the grid down in wildwood and cape may? He said they only let the guys work the one day down there and then sent them home not to return? Whats with that?electric down AC electric didnt want to pay for out side help?

Allright Im sittin in sandyhook area of jersey we faired pretty good. I was a lineman for the power company, so let me give you my point of view, there are not enough lineman to take care of our areas. we used to have 60 lineman for our area about 100 sq miles then came deregulation now we have 15 lineman to handle the same territory . how can you take care of the costomer when you have to take care of the share holder. its all the bottom line and bonuses for the ceo's. untill regulation comes back everybody should buy a generator. take it from a lineman for what its worth.
