    Hook removal tools

Anyone have suggestions on what works the best? I have a little cheapie that Bass Pro sells, but it is not the best, and quite a pain. I have seen this one http://www.boatersworld.com/product/472100056.htm but wanted to hear some feedback from any who have used before I buy a $60 tool to become garage fodder.

I love the one I have now. 12" T handle de hooker. Always seen them on others boats but was intimidated by them until I learned how to use one properly. Will not fish without one now.

Is it possible to remove the hook when a small fish swallows the bait/hook?
I caught about 9 fish from the surf so far and two of them swallowed... so I only cut the line and released them. I would like to remove the hook if possible.

The T-Handle won't remove the hook from a gut hooked fish, but they are great on lip hooked fish. I have one I bought and several I made and they work great. They are particularly useful when bailing dolphin.

Got the T handle one as advised, now it just needs to clear up a bit so I can figure out how to use it. I don't do the video thing, but Ill try to explain it when I get it figured
