He's addressing the leader of the country that has kept it's citizens mired in poverty for 500 years while criticizing Arizona for wanting to address a catastrophy.

obama proposed a fine for illegals and they pay back taxes. Got luck on the tax money. The fine should be $100,000 or so. How are they going to find all the illegals when the feds can't control the border. Further insanity, won't the fed's be accused of racial profiling, if they start identifying illegals to pay fines and taxes. Under Reagan, the US gave amnesty to 2.7 million Illegals, now we have 12 million here now. You can draw your own conclusions, but the so called reform was and will continue to be a failure.
