I get my fair share of professional class head cloggers. On and off a few times on the switch and valving her to the out side then a tight fit on that hode (use duct tape to form a seal) has worked wonders. Checmicals like draino might work but pose a threat to all the hardware along the way so I wouldn't use...
Of course you could turn up the heat and who ever the clogger was you could use them like a "Q"Tip...

I shit you not. try it. Its at least worth a shot before you start pulling hoses.

That's awesome. I love it when a potential nightmare is fixed with a 2x4 or a rubber mallet.

Speaking of hurtin' heads. After realizing that a holding tank can fill up quick while offshore, we installed a waste treatment system. It's great, but today I decided to inspect the hoses on the treatment canister, which is chlorine. My face is 8" from this thing and one of the small fittings on the water line breaks. I took a full shot to the face of concentrated chlorine. Great. Rinsed my face for a few minutes in the sink, and so far I'm not any uglier than I was before.

HAHA! Full credit goes to Kid for the rubber mallet poopy pump de-clogging technique. Thanks for saving me from doing gross stuff.
