You know, I might be 1200 miles from there and have oodles of projects on my plate... But... It doesn't go unnoticed by at least this set of eyes the first class kind of people these individuals continue to be. Admin offering to batten down hatches for others when he has his own stuff to address shows selfless and generous genuinely good intent.
Then we get to Chuck and Mary taking professionalism a step beyond to insure their clients assets made it through unharmed. Walking out on a dock, any dock in a screamin northeaster with icy water and howlin wind is not just a simple stroll. He could have stayed safe and warm inside but he took that extra precarious step to look after others first.
This speaks volumes about the professionalism and base integrity of these fine people and its an honor to share a site with them. I salute you all...
Paul, thanks but no kudos necessary. You know that this is not just our job but our lives so watching and worrying what happens on our property is just what we do. I have to admit though, it's not me walking the docks today and fixing the lines, but my hubby Chuck.
For those of you heading out and checking on your boats PLEASE DO NOT GO ALONE!!!!! Young or old, anything can happen out there and if you're alone you're putting yourself at risk; and a boat is simply not worth your life.
