Hillary Clinton's Criminality As Sec. of State

Wikileaks' leaked diplomatic cables include a letter signed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton telling U.S. diplomats stationed abroad to collect information about their diplomatic counterparts at the U.N. to include their fingerprints, other biometric data, their credit card numbers, their bank account information, etc.

This is explicitly illegal under the treaty that the U.S. signed establishing the United Nations.

So, should Hillary resign and be prosecuted by Eric Holder? Well, yes. Sure she should be prosecuted. The letter is prima facia evidence of her crime and virtually any grand jury made up of averabe citizens outside the D.C. beltway would have no choice but to indict her.

Will she be indicted? Will she resign? Will she even apologize for committing a crime?

Nope. The elites don't have to do so. Only we in the middle class and below suffer the consequences of criminality. In elite circles, it's a badge of honor to have committed crimes but to have at the same time sufficient political clout to deflect even the mention of accountability.

Makes me wonder how the Devil that corrupt jackass Rangle actually got censured. He must have pissed off someone higher up in the unaccountable elite as he was, huh?

    Let freedom ring.

    Yes, she's crooked...

...as crooked as the rest of the elite, unaccountable political class, although I'll admit the Clintons seem to revel in escaping accountability almost as much as G.W. does (seen is admissions of war crimes in his book?).

But the question's not whether criminality exists amoung the elites. It's whether you care or not.

I don't think you do. You, like Jay W, mostly ignore the criminality of the elites and the way they routinely escape accountability. Why?

BECAUSE IT'S SO DARNED NORMAL, THAT'S WHY.

A politician who ran on a platform of equal justice for all would be crushed by the opposing politician who would be swimming in cash the moment the just politician made the first statement calling for equality before the bar.

It's become the way America does business. It's been normalized. Welcome to a planet that is distinctly unlike the America we had when I was a kid and completely opposite of the America the founders dreamed they had put into place.

Hillary Clinton Says She Won't Seek Public Office Again Once Term Obama's First Term is Up...

    http://politifi.com/news/SecState-Hi...n-1369029.html

I don't know whether yesterday's announcement from her resulted from her brutal campaign against Obama (she lost, remember) or because of her advancing age or because her violation of International Law in telling diplomats to spy on the U.N. depleted her credibility but...

...yesterday she said she'd not run for public office again once Obama's first term is up. Presumably, she'll then resign "for personal reasons" and allow someone who doesn't break international law to serve, instead.

Even though that's not nearly the "accountability moment" I'd hoped for, Good riddance.

Well, it looks like we have our own little battle going on here, Jay...

...so why don't we take it to the PMs vs. the MIU?

At least, you're learning not to post personal attacks, huh?

But since you raised the issue, to suggest that this particular sub-forum is about fishing is perfect nonsense. It's not. Any fool can see that quite readily.

So, I totally reject your implication that it's inappropriate to discuss political, economic, foreign policy, consitutional issues and domestic and international justice /law enforcement here. It's done all the time and with the expressed consent of the administrators of this board who set up this sub-forum. PERIOD.

Secondly, you suggest that voicing and debating these things has no chance of facilitating change in them. Just tell that to the Tea Partier and to Wikileaks and see if you get any agreement from them. Individuals can and do change things all day long every day of the world. It merely requires commitment.

Now, so as to not bore others with our particular little problem with on another let's take it to the PMs, OK?
