Someone told me there are deals to be had in High Point. I've never been, is it worth the trek? I want some good quality stuff, they seem to want an arm and a leg in NJ

I GO THERE TO BUY FROM THE TRADE SHOW AFTER THE MARKET ENDS APRIL AND IN OCTOBER
MY FRIEND OWNS "LEE INDUSTRIES" AND HAS A SHOWROOM
www.leeindustries.com
I CAN GET YOU A PASS TO HIS SHOWROOM IN APRIL IF YOU WISH
THERE ARE MANY HP STORES THAT HANDLE SHOWROOM SAMPLES AND AS ALWAYS .......
CASH TALKS IN THIS GONE TO HELL TOWN
Alot of people make long trips here to buy, so I guess it's cheaper than where they are coming from? I think it's all over priced myselfI also have a friend who has a showroom if would like his info. Like Marty said the best buys are after the show or on the last day and hour like any event would be.
Good Luck.
We always look for the off the beaten path sample places. There are buyers that go through the market and buy tons of stuff at the end. It takes them a few weeks to process it and get it into the warehouse type stores, but thats were we have found the best deals.
The smaller sample shops tend to come and go and the economy has been tough on them, but if and when you get ready to come, I will ask where the hot spot is.
We have found that even with the cost of freight added on, it is cheaper to buy there. We are pleased with Stuckeys in South Carolina.
