I see you are having a hard time getting responses to your request. Maybe a little more info would be helpful. Do you have experience? Are you looking to work on a party boat? Do you realize this is seasonal work?

I would suggest walking the docks and talking to captains in the area you are interested in. In NJ, there are plenty of party boats from the Highlands to Cape May
