I finally finished your lures man. Give me a shout and I'll bring them to Provo. Sorry it took so long.

What kind of resin you use for those heads?
hey man, that was cool! Thanks! I can't wait to rig these up and try them out.
For the rest of you guys...
Yesterday afternoon we got a call from Capt. John telling me that there was an airplane landing in Provo in about a half an hour and that if I hustled on down to the airport and found the pilot he would have some lures for me. So, of course, La Gringa and I hopped in the Land Rover and boogied on down there. Sure enough, the Ambergris Sporting Club plane landed and taxiied over to the ramp, and we moseyed on out onto the tarmac and met the pilot. Yep, he had a big baggie with lures from Capt. John.
And John's photo didn't show you the bottom side of the lures:
Now those pesky fish will know who's tempting them to bite...
Actually it's dangerous for me to get near a General Aviation FBO....because I immediately start getting flying fever again, and start thinking about getting current and getting another aircraft. Especially down here.
Any tips on the best way to rig these up? They are so pretty I hate to get them wet. Maybe mount them above the mantle...(oh..wait, we don't have fireplaces down here)
Or La Gringa might try to sneak them away for earrings....
Seriously...These are for bottom jigging for Grouper...in amongst the rocks and reef....right?
Thanks again, John.
