Here's a Novel Idea

the bail-out package and the stimulus package adds up to approximately 1.6 trillion dollars of our tax money [thats $1,600,000,000,000.00] Thats about half our national budget. The wizards down in Washington are deciding how to distribute and spend all of this money.
There are about 150,000,000 tax filers in this country. Lets take the top 20% of the tax filers out of the equation leaving 120 million hard working tax paying Americans.
Now my idea is to divide the 1.6 trillion by the 120 million hard working Americans and send each one of them a check for $13,333.00. NOW that is a stimulus package I can support. Sound rediculus, no more so than their plan.
