Here you go Jer
Since you like catfish here a story for u that someone emailed to me, thought u might like it.....
A guy who lives in Houston saw a ball bouncing around kind of strangely in the lake and went to investigate. It turned out to be a flathead catfish, who had obviously tried to swallow a basketball which became stuck in its mouth. The fish was totally exhausted from trying to dive, but unable to because the ball would always bring him back up to the surface. The guy tried numerous times to get the ball out, but was unsuccessful. He finally cut the ball in order to deflate it and release the catfish. You probably wouldn't have believed this if you hadn't seen the following pictures..... |

lol damm crazy catfish!
Only fish i saw kinda similar to this was a grouper who ate a snapper(yes I know im crazy) I had for bait and it got stuck, she couldnt open more or close the mouth so was the easiest fish I ever pulled from the bottom... after seeing this though, Jer, I think you better start putting some tennis balls chains with hooks on each ball on you kite ![]()

Weirdest Catch !!!
When I was in the Persian golf off the coast of Oman, our Captain slowed down our Destroyer and let us troll off the fantail. Thank God our captain was a fish-o-holic. He loved to slow down to 3 knots when we were over a reef to let us fish. Anyway, this had to be the weirdest catch I had ever seen when a mate of mine fought what he thought was a shark for about 40 min. It went under the ship but luckily did not get caught in the props. When he finally got the fish to the surface it turned out to be a stringer of grouper that someone had caught and got away. There were 3 grouper on this stringer and all alive. No telling how long they had been going on like this.
