I might be interested! I've been in the Drywall business for almost 30 years. And have been estimating my own jobs for the last 8 years. Give me a call if you'd like. I might be able to help.

Im a Project Manager now looking to move closer to the coast where are you located? Ive been doing PM, estimating, and scheduling along with field PM work for several years. Residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial. Ill send you a PM later when I get to the house. Whats very high end? 1 mil and up? I ask because I was in the custom home biz for a while. Im also used to dealing with bored rich house wives who change there mind every few minutes.

Ever hear of Asbury Park NJ ?

We do all of our work just to the north of that. Allenhurst, Deal, Elberon ( it's a part of Long Branch)

usually anywhere from 5-45 mil is the total value of the homes.

We don't do anything on spec. All of our jobs are for clients that already own the property. Quite of few of them we rip down an existing home or two and build a new one.

If you got any closer to the beach you would be in the Atlantic Ocean.

Sounds like you already know our clients

It's really not that bad. The clients are pretty good for the most part. They do want what they want when they want it, but they are paying a lot of coconuts so we do have to give them quite a bit of attention.

I would say that 95% of the homes we build are just summer homes, so they aren't around very much.

We aren't allowed to do construction from July to Sept. (town ordinance) So when they are here, we are locked in the trailer getting ready for the fall.

Shoot me a PM and I will give you my contact info.

Yeah, We have met a few times at the dock. My name is John, and I am friends with Dave and Eddie. I am the crazy guy who drives from Central Pa. to hang out in Keyport every week.
Is your boat all back together ? I saw it out when Ed's Baha lost it's steering last week.
