Help Us, Help You

We receive a good deal of emails from our site visitors daily, 99% of which are compliments, suggestions, requests for computer help or ad inquiries.

It's a rarity, but every once in a while we get a complaint sent to us from a member or visitor who took the time out of their day to tell us how they believe we failed at the Internet; how much they dislike the site; or just overall how bad we suck as people.

Now, over the last few years we've learned a great deal about developing useful, unique, feature rich websites from the compliments and suggestions - but we've learned a hell of a lot more from the nay-sayers and hatemail.

While many of you have very strong opinions, good or bad, you might not want them associated with your username or business name on this board which is understandable. However, we feel that it's those who have in one way or another bitten their tongue that have the best worst comments to make.

So, we've setup an anonymous survey and humbly request that you pull no punches and let us know where we stand in terms of Sportfishing communities.
