went to doc for my CG physical in May & was found to have it also . I'm a type 2 , changed my eating habits & diet , and so far have lost 30lbs plus 4inch's off the waist line . run 3 miles every other day and feel great .

someday they will find a cure , and spare us the daily pricks & hassels with this problem .
