I came across this site by means of a charter with Capt Kobe Treadwell on a Risky Business BFT trip on 6-19-08. We had a great trip and you can find some good pictures and report on that thread.
I've been fishing the NJ saltwater scene since 1972, fishing with my dad on many of the northern shore party boats from Perth Amboy to Point Pleasant. My favorites have ventured from fluke to striped bass to tog, with more offshore trips since I met up with Rick Danz (my NAVAIR boss from Pax River). We fished the Testudo (his boat) out of Greenbackville, VA on the eastern shore near Chincoteaque (which is famous for the wild horses that run along the beaches from Asateaque to Chincoteque.
I fish 12 months a year, mostly for stripes in the spring and fall; tuna and fluke in the summer and tog and flounder in the winter.
Looking forward to chatting with you guys about fishing days (good and bad) and other stuff related.
God Bless,
Scotty
