    Hello! I am new to this Forum

    I am new to this forum, and wanted to introdce myself!

    I am located in South Florida, and work in the computer industry to support my fishing habit

    I have been fishing Pompano Beach/Hillsboro Inlet and the rest of S. Florida and Bimini since the late 70's.

    I recently got my OUPV (six-pack) and am working on my "retirement plan" or at least the backup plan for when I hit the lotto.. a little part-time chartering to offset the cost of owning a boat at any rate...

    I have spent the last ten years fishing on a 256 Mako (1976 vintage); but had the opportunity buy a 1986 Rybo Runner, of which I took delivery last december.

    I spend most of my time fishing offshore, a luxury that South Florida offers; Swords, marlins, mahi, kingfish and sails make up the majority of the species I target.

    I am also part of a small fishing club named the 'Sportfishermen Of Broward' aka the "SOB"s, which meets regularly in Fort Lauderdale.
