Hello everyone. My name is Mel and I am from Hampton, VA. I have a 22' Grady White with a 225 Mercury Opti. I love to inshore fish in the Chesapeake Bay and along the VA Atlantic coast.
Lately I have been getting the itch to venture out more (within the limits of my boat). I'd like to take my boat out of Oregon Inlet or Hatteras Inlet, but without any experience with the inlets, I am a bit concerned with the dangerous waters at the shoals. Maybe I can get some good tips from you guys (and gals) or when I come down, I can buddy boat out with someone.
