Had a nice birthday weekend... Brian had me and a couple of fishing buddies out yesterday. Some hard fighting bonitas but no meat. Had great weather and good time with friends. Today we were invited to an elderly couple's place for a birthday dinner complete with homemade cake and ice cream. They've sorta of adopted me....
This was a year for many firsts in fishing. First time we've made fishing trips in our boat, first for wreck fishing, first for swordfish,tog,tile and sheepshead!
Learned new ways to rig and new ways to fish. Just need to catch a marlin or two!
Still holding up for an old gal....Brian snapped a shot of me before we went to dinner.
That sounds like an awesome birthday weekend. Brian is a very lucky man to have a girl like you. You are definetly getting better with age. Keep on fishing. I love to hear the reports.

Cathy, you should be careful with that term "elderly couple". You guys are pushing the elderly timeline.....LOL especially Brian... Had a great time with you guys with "DD". Happy birthday, and I'm sure that your strength and will power will give you many more! Congrats....
