I get hand cramps from golf from time to time and they can get bad...
forget all that other crap... get yourself some of this stuff and start working it into your diet.
After years of BAD leg (hamstring, calf, foot) cramps at night while in bed, I tried everything... more water, more this, more that... didn't matter, I still was having the problems. A doc suggested potassium pills, but those carry a "risk" with them (and they were only packing 90mg of potassium)... and then I came across this stuff when I switched from another protein supplement... check out the potassium... and I have not had a cramp since.
This has one of the best "balanced" supplements of any supplemental drink there is... worth a try, and it tastes good too. drink two a day for three to four days and the cramps will be gone. promise.
