Two architecs of the torture regime are in high places and unsassailable, one a professor at UC and the other a Federal Judge with a lifetime appointment. Rumsfeld travels throughout the western world without any fear of arrest. All the rest of the neocons are tidily tuck in at think tanks awaiting another bite at the American apple and world dominance through bitter wars.

I'll vote and aggressively campaign for anyone, of any party, who says that the arrest and prosecution of these war criminals will be at the top of their agenda. If you did what they do you'd be arrested, prosecuted and jailed if convicted. What's so special about public servants that they can't be treated the same way?

Or, do you support a two tiered justice system in America. The now discredited John Edwards (picadillos) who briefly ran in 2008 talked about two Americas, one for the rich and one for the rest. Is that what you support, Moron?

And, for the record, war crimes are very well defined by both domestic and international treaties to which the U.S. has ascribed. It's not necessary for me to perceive them to be war crimes. They're well enough defined that it requires no perception of them. They're in black and white.

And, according to those statutes and treaties Bush / Cheney were war crimials of the sort of the Nazis.

Let's see. Moron, did you support Clinton's impeachment? I'll bet you did just as I did.

Please remember, he was impeached for obstruction of justice, a crime and an impeachable offense.

But Bush can trump up a war and kill hundreds of thousands of people including 5,000 of our own servicemen and you don't think that should have been sufficient for accountability.

Hmmm, leaving aside for the moment that you're advocating essentially that America reserve for its presidents rights similar to those extended to English monarchs and tyrants, don't you see how readily the right-wings' defense of right-wing law-breaking presidents is hypocritical.
