went down to Cape May today and got in to the legendary Hinch Marina where i was warmly greeted by Chuck (who did not have clue of who I was), nonetheless he was very cool. I introduced myself and we got it rolling. I spent there the whole afternoon, meeting a couple of people from the forum, Lady Angler (of course), Fstop, Kev O'connor, Lucky Lady, and Matt (sorry buddy, forgot your screen name) and spoke to Tim (gradywhite273) on da phone. Almost forgot, Chuck and Mary's great dogs. Got lunch with Chuck, bought some tackle (after picking on Chucks brain for a while).
I hace to say these are very, very nice people and the 4 hour drive was definitely worth it. Thanks guys for an awesome afternoon. Hope to see all again soon.
PS. Tim, talk to Mary, she was kind enough to put some of the tackle I couldn't afford on your tab.....but don't worry I made nice selections, got a huge assortment of Black Bart lures
(wasn't sure so I took all of them, Tournament Cable stuff, hey, I even got a Haywire twist machine....THANKS TIM!!!!![]()
